NHL 24 HUT Objectives

I completed the HUT Objective and earned a Jumbo Premium Pack scoring goals with Alex Hemsky. When I go to open my pack, there is no pack? I wasted all of my time trying to earn this and for nothing? I want that pack for all the work I did!
