NHL 24 preorder

I preordered NHL 24 back in august and now somehow when it tries to bill me it has some kind of payment issue and cancelled the preorder. I’d like to know how I go about getting what I was supposed ...

@mlsf83 So let me get this straight.

You pre-ordered it early.
It got cancelled from billing.
Then you sorted it out with Microsoft and it's pre-ordered again?
And you want that extra pack for pre-ordering early?

I'm just trying to get the answers for the people with more power than me to have an easier time getting you an answer.

I only contacted Microsoft after I realized the +limited time offer was missing from the purchase. When it failed to go through I just went back into the store and reordered not realizing it may be an issue. I added screen shots of what the orders looked like now.

    So you’re telling me that EA would not have the power to add the hut building packs to my account? I find that very hard to believe and very disappointing as a long time customer that it would not be looked into at least.
    
    For the future if someone preorders something charge them for it right away so they can’t get screwed over like this.
