@KlariskraysNHL Legitimate question, if this is the case (which seems likely), why wasn't it a licensing issue back when it was an option? If I own the song and have it cut down to 30 second clips or whatever, why can't I upload it to my system for use in game? I guess I'm just curious as to what has changed between then and now as copyright was a thing back when we had this option implemented.

@Strictly60sWell the music industry has cracked down on so much stuff because artists want paid for their music being used. Roblox not too long ago had to rip out a ton of audio because of copyright problems. Overall all the industries just want more slice of the pie these days.

Also you don't technically OWN anything. Just like any game we buy we don't technically own the game. We can own the disk but not the contents on it.
