Hello I accidently added the playtest redeem code to the wrong xbox profile and now cant redeem it. Please help.

@TTZ_Dipsy When is this playable because it says that my profile doesn't have access, but I only have one account
@thegarden94Server access will be granted at 2pm ET on August 21st. If it helps I also have the same message so don't worry about it.
