Battlefield 1 allowed players to turn off UGC/user generated content but it was surprisingly taxing on the system - I don't think NHL would handle this very well.
The only way you can make everyone happy is by a two way camera that works in similar fashion but draws from the established tech. Basically the tunnel guy sees that while everyone with it off sees the regular top down camera from 23 with the guy just pointing at an invisible camera (most celebrations were like this anyway).
The teammates in the background never did anything anyway so they dont really need any placement tweaks. Huge problems if they introduce team celebrations though

That would be great news for anyone who would prefer to go back to have the goal celebrations as 23 , and anyone who enjoys the new tunnel style cell's. Options is something everyone is on board for. Good news overall.
