Here's my list
Franchise mode :
1. Retain salary in Trades
2. Front loaded or back loaded contract with performance bonuses
3. NCAA , KHL, MHL , VHL roster pretty please
4. Perform or select the drill my coaches should do for the week to improved players
5. Enough with 5000 millions injuries even with injury sliders to a minimum
6. Watch a prospect game as a scout so I can really get a better sense of who I want to draft
7. Instead of having to select coaches/staff from a list, Why not have coach/staff sending resume so I can pick the coach I want
8. Development or Rookie camp to evaluate players I drafted
9. Emergency recall a player in the CHL in case of injuries
10. See the stats of any of the draft players while they are playing in the CHL/NCAA
11. Menu that doesn't lag , pretty please
