NHL 25 Ideas - Franchise Mode Ideas

I definitely enjoy Franchise mode in NHL but I think there are several additions EA could bring to improve the quality.

GM Contracts

I think GM contracts should be an option so players can have the option to easily move between teams. You could give your GM a 1 year contract and decide to go somewhere else after a season or sign a long term deal.

Practice between Games

I think practices between games would be a fun way to build players. You could either have it where teams run offense and Defensive scenarios and you have to complete the objective accurately to earn the points, or just do skill objectives like Target Shooting.

All star game

For the love of God bring back the Allstar game. I don’t know why it was taken out but it should really be brought back and you could also put in the skills competition.

This would be fun outside of franchise mode for offline and online players as well.

Select an Arena

I think the option to select any venue should be put into Franchise mode, this way if a player wants to play a game of pond hockey they are not limited to EASHL and Hut Rush, the only modes that allows this.

You could also give players the option to create their own Outdoor Stadiums for their own team if they use a created team for Franchise Mode.
