I preordered nhl25 deluxe and did not receive the hughes brother bonus pack. Should this have been in my inventory? Every other pack was.

There were 2 packs. One was a 99 OVR pack that was received in NHL 24. The other was an 84 OVR pack received in NHL 25. For that, you had to pre-order by September 13th. Which pack is missing?

If you preordered the NHL 25 Deluxe Edition and didn’t receive the Hughes Brothers bonus pack, it should definitely be in your inventory. I’d recommend checking the game's "store" or "inventory" section again.
