Every time I play rivals or squad battles I seem to have this glitch where my players stay frozen for around ten seconds. Even when I pass it that player then freezes to. It’s also affecting the way they skate and hold the puck. It’s frustrating as I’ve lost several game from this weird glitch happening.
It’s not the game freezing my players on HUT stay frozen for around 5-10 seconds when I pass the puck it stays like that. It finally figured itself out but then my players skate not normal. It’s has to be a glitch and I want it fixed because I’ve lost tons of games just from it.
Community ManagerCan you get me some video of this? Also, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
None of that worked. Here’s a clip u can see the players freeze as I’m trying to move them. I tried to send a clip but it won’t let me as it’s not a valid extension.
Here my player just stays like that for 5 seconds or so without moving
Updated the firmware and that didn’t work. My controller is a new scuf one.
