NHL Season Mode - Practice and player improvement

I would love to see a practice option in Season Mode!

I think it would add another layer to the season play. Because, I really wish I could practice plays and positioning with my season mode roster. 

This could also include chemistry and skill advancements. For example, if you practice with a particular line, that line gets a better sense of the other players and the AI could start reading and predicting different plays that the user does during certain situations.

I think it could really advance the in-season strategy development, as well, if it included a skill development element. For example, if you practice with a certain player on a certain move or technique, it could advance the stats of that player and maybe even add a new all-star or x-factor ability. Or maybe there could be an in-game skills economy, and practicing could earn you credits to add skills and abilities to players you practice with. This way, part of your season strategy could be to advance players that you think will help your team perform better throughout the season.  

The skills advancement mechanic could also be used to make players more valuable in trade negotiations.
