hi peeps i need help i redeem the code in my xbox but the problem i dont see the game for downloading nothing and when i type nhl 24 in the store i cant dowload it from there any help please and i ca...

    @ItzMathers i find it in another way ahah with my purchase history and when u click on it u see go to microsoft store loll but thank for ur hints finally

@ItzMathers yeah and i try to speak with xbox because i have all proof i have nothing in my xbox but we have no way to someone help us out jeez i dont want another code juste a link or i dont now for download the game

Yeah they just give you the run-around and tell you to speak to the other platform when they don't even know where it goes wrong. 

I'll keep you updated if I hear back from my submitted ticket! If you can keep me updated when you fix it that'd be awesome! 🙂

      Go to your Microsoft account and go to Help, then scroll to the bottom of the page and it'll show "Still need help?" and tells you to submit an email. 

      This will open a case for you!

      I found it!!! 

      Go to your game library, full libary, and change your Filter to Sports games. Then go to the very bottom, you'll see XBSX - Erebus 

      It should be there!
