NHL25 Wishlist (hopefully some in NHL24)

Presentation: 

• Definitely needs it.  Not sure why it was ever removed.  But what we have now is arcade. After scoring a goal, a player will do some weird corny "raise the roof" or "snake dance" thing even though it's not even in his celebrations.
• New commentators.  The guy now is annoying and boring and screams at everything.
• Scores around the league and even highlights from other games.  Another concept from NFL 2k5.
• Remove the flashing lights during a face off.  Very arcade.
• Remove the colored light glare that is always on the ice by the faceoff circles. 
• Remove the flashing powerplay notification!  Very distracting and not seen in the real NHL.

Gameplay: 

• We need a shadow system like 2k had.  You can assign a player to defend against another team player.  Put your goon against McDavid, etc.
• Let the game play to the player ratings.  So, all sliders, by default, should start on 0.  As you move the slider up, that is how it affects the player / game.  Want more puck control in addition to the player rating?  Raise the slider, etc.  For years I've asked what the settings should be to have the game play to the player ratings and each year, it's unanswered.  This should be the easiest question to answer.  But, because of how the sliders are, it skews things.  The sliders wash out the player ratings, which is why I think we aren't seeing players perform the way they should.  Make player stats mean something.
