No Battle Points

I have played 3 games in SBs for a total of 3183 pts. However, it now shows 0 battle points earned. What is going on?

@dogheelsStill have 8 refreshes as well. My beef is. Where are the pts I acquired. They were on the board after I completed that 3rd game. Went on later Thursday night and the result were as stated.

@EA_Aljo Not sure how I can send a pic of this. Took a snapshot on my phone, and when trying to send it. It says file is too big.
