No Chel Finals Banner

Our club won the required 16 games to win the Elite Cup Trophy. Got the championship trophy and animation. Got the logo patch (that says participant), saw the message that says we get a banner. But 2...

Did you win the cup and then play through the tournament again, and not win all 16 games the second time?

    I dont recall. But i would not be surprised if we did. We play a lot in all online forms.
