Not taking interference penalties
How can you release this game when there is so much bugs ? You should be a shame and I dont understand that there is a few people that defend what you have done whit this game . I have played for man...

No i dont have any video on this. The hitting in nhl 24 is a joke because there is no hitting just som glitchy hip checks people are doing. This isnt a normal game just go and play nhl 23 and youll see a normal game.Yesterday and today I tried to make regular hits on players with and without the puck and almost nothing happens when you hit people and no interference penalty either. But i wont bother writing anymore about this because maybe this is how you want the game to be ?

I guess we can just pray that the game physics gets back to normal in the next game update
The lack of interference has been an issue for a few years now. Here's some recent examples.
1. Puck's long gone. Not a continuation hit. Hip-check head-butt to the nether-regions for added fun.
2. Shot taken at the hash marks, hit doesn't occur until the faceoff dot. Again, not a continuation hit.
3. Offensive player never even touched the puck. Just because the puck went past a player isn't carte blanche to hit them.
4. Here I separate the puck from a player in the neutral zone and then get levelled by "incidental contact". I've said for years that I understand the need for non-penalty incidental contact in the game, but it shouldn't be a tool for blowing people up.

- @EA_Aljo Please make sure the team knows that we appreciate the shoving mechanic infront of the defending net! Those should continue to not be called interference as its a regular part of hockey and currently the best tool to balance out tipping and screening from being overpowered.
I was gonna create this thread today and show how often you can get away with it. Thankfully you beat me to it.
It's absolutely brutal since the last patch. Don't know if coincidence or what but it's horrendous.
You must change back to the old hitting mechanism and hitting controller bacause this is ridicilous. ( skill stick player ) I have tried but a cant stand this game as it is now
- @recipe87 You just need to get better at hitting and learn how to time it.
