The lack of interference has been an issue for a few years now. Here's some recent examples.
1. Puck's long gone. Not a continuation hit. Hip-check head-butt to the nether-regions for added fun.
2. Shot taken at the hash marks, hit doesn't occur until the faceoff dot. Again, not a continuation hit.
3. Offensive player never even touched the puck. Just because the puck went past a player isn't carte blanche to hit them.
4. Here I separate the puck from a player in the neutral zone and then get levelled by "incidental contact". I've said for years that I understand the need for non-penalty incidental contact in the game, but it shouldn't be a tool for blowing people up.

- HighTmatthew2 years agoNew Veteran@EA_Aljo Please make sure the team knows that we appreciate the shoving mechanic infront of the defending net! Those should continue to not be called interference as its a regular part of hockey and currently the best tool to balance out tipping and screening from being overpowered.
