Official Discord Server?
Is there any update on when the official Discord server will be up? It was stated that this was going to be how we could directly engage the dev team with our suggestions etc. Was this a false hope...

Discord is more of a community type thing to get fans of the game together and also a place to find game information that would also be posted on the forums. You wouldn't deal with someone directly about your problem on Discord.
I believe you would need to go here and open up a case and see how that goes for you.
