At the beginning of release I was finding games within seconds. Now I can’t seem to matchup against anyone. My last 6 spins ended up with 0 matchups, but I know people are playing. What gives?
Is my CR not in range of many people because I’ve played a few games?

If you're playing NHL 25, please make sure you use those forums. They are located here. As far as this issue goes, Online Versus matchups depend on your division and region. If a suitable match in your region and division are not found, the search expands. If your rank happens to be really high, it's possible you'll have a smaller pool of players to match up with.
Something to try is disabling crossplay. Let me know if that makes a difference. It would help determine if that might be causing an issue. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
