Community ManagerI'll see if I can find out more information on this. I know the removal of Hybrid controls was not done to be cost effective though. I have a feeling it's related to the new controls that were added this year and not really being able to apply them to the Hybrid layout. That's speculation on my part though. I'll do my best to get an official answer on this.
@EA_Aljo I'm trying to remain civil, but this is absolute nonsense. You just described the exact situation we've all been playing under for years. In previous iterations, we've had 94, Hybrid, and Skill Stick, each one allowing the player to do basic (94), intermediate (Hybrid), and advanced (Skill Stick) sets of moves. People who need to use 94 controls do so because it's our only option, even though we know it puts us at a huge disadvantage. But at least it allows us to still PLAY THE GAME! If you wanna add in some new controls fine, go for it, but there's absolutely no reason to remove the other ones.
