Patch 1.1.0 Feedback Thread

It's not only puck pickups that are on balance it's the ability to hang on to a puck and sometimes your guy just literally does some crazy animation where his arms just go all weird and doesn't help the fact that most of the time you just bump somebody slightly and you both go flying so there is no puck control in this game I don't know how this game made it out the door any type of quality you control what it said wait a minute what are you doing letting this out Oh wait it's EA we're talking about my bad 😂

Disabling hut objective notification issue when I turn it off. It keeps turning on after every launch of the game.

Just bring back the NHL 94 controls please. 

The gameplay is really good, I have zero problems with it.

but in HUT Moments sometimes there is a fight or my player gets a 2-minute call and then he disappears from the game completely.

There are small lights flashing in Threes mode when you finish the first game and start the next, really bad visual bug all over the ice.

Stop skating so fast. 90% of the issues people have with the skating and controlling of the puck can be directly attributed to the fact they're constantly trying to skate full speed at all times.

Slow. Down. 

Anyone else having issues with the offensive lines changing in franchise mode? I can change the D but never the O! Maybe 25% of the time it works. So freaking annoying!!

If you're using the Total Control controls, up and down on the D pad will change lines.

So many things wrong right now
Here's a huge list (some issues were already present in the BETA):

- Jersey glitch when your jersey font and number colours are somehow getting the same colors as your opponents jerseys

- The goalie is making unnecessary moves when you cut the whole play and pass lane, puts himself in vulnerable position (sitting or laying on the ice for no reason) and gives an empty net to the other team even if you made the perfect defensive play. This happens on counter attacks so the pressure system isn't even triggered yet... 

- Controls are weird, when you push some buttons your player doesn't responds on the ice making the moves you did... player doesn't shot, doesn't pass, is lifting his leg instead of passing or shooting and weird magnetic collision with the proximity of the goalie making it impossible to complete a shot you just get a player freeze from an invisible magnetic force.

- One timer is overpowered and you can't even cut a single pass while playing defense even with the highest D-Awareness possible... pass is getting through your player, instant goal, new glitch play 

- You can't stop a player who is spinning either by hitting him, poke check stick lift... the player get total immunity. You removed L2 abuse but it's still there you just have to make the 360 spin to get the same effect

- Poke checks are sloppy, slow and you get penalty this year even if you aim it perfectly with a hit of R3 to trigger the poke punch. 

- Overall defensive plays, moves, tactics are useless and unplayable. Impossible to defend any of the one timer even with perfect positioning, stick lift is 100% penalty, hitting is nice but somehow only hip checks are working to retrieve the puck. I play with a smaller player and find it weird when big guys destroy me and don't get the puck cause it bounces back on my teammates stick. On the other hand HC is efficient which is nice but should be fair for all checking styles.

- Super annoying menu issues accessing strategies from dressing room which leads to error codes, scrolling the menu to many time seems to make the app crash on ps4, items display issue in the store.

- The store offering only daily choices without being what you really want and having to wait for your favourite piece of gear to be available to buy is frustrating. I'd rather have a complete all you want to buy store for regular gear and a special section for daily gear. Bag system was better because you had to grind and be lucky to have your gear now you depend on the game content.

- I'm sorry but it's time to ban the people promoting glitch in youtube videos. If you really want to change your game, it starts with the community. If you have players spreading ways to score goals based on the weakness of the game, it's not good especially if you can't patch it (fore-hand goal of 23 for example)

Overall I like the way the game is heading, improvements have been made and the potential is there but still the flaws make it unpleasant to play for consecutive games atm. Hoping that this reply is seen as constructive rather than negative. Keep pushing changes, we need it.
