There are two RP. One for the Club, the other for every player. Clubs start with 20000 points. It is possible to play a Club rated 20000 because they did not play before that game but are loaded with elite players with 30000 RP. For the win your Club gets only 150 because their opponents club is ranked low. Every player gets their own individual rp based on actual player RP compared to the opponents players RP.

Generally speaking, playing well and beating higher ranked players/teams should award higher RP. I don't believe they can/will tell us the exact formula since it could be exploited
Club Finals RP seems to vary based on the strength of your opponents and the difficulty of your matches. Beating high-rated teams might not always guarantee a high RP gain if the system calculates based on relative team ratings and performance. It could also involve factors like match consistency and the number of games played. I was overwhelmed with assignments, so I decided to use https://domypaper.com/ The service was fantastic. The writer provided a well-researched and perfectly formatted paper that met all my requirements. The communication was easy, and the paper was delivered on time. The quality of work was impressive, and I’m very satisfied with the results. I’ll definitely be using this service again in the future.

Unfortunately, the RP system has yet to ever really fully work as intended. You're supposed to get more RP for beating higher quality teams and lose less if you lose...and lose more for losing to lower quality teams and get less for beating them.
However there are a couple things that are issues:
1- It seems to be much more arbitrary than EA wants to admit, especially the team RP. We're mostly plats and occasionally we'll match up with Diamonds with an Elite or whatnot...we'll beat them and only get around 375. Lose in the rematch and we lose 550+. Beating and losing to lower teams seems to work as intended
2- Teams, especially in the Elite playoffs, have figured out that your RP win/loss is based off the lowest ranked player. So they've begun exploiting this by having a player use an alt profile that's a Silver 3 or 2. So if they do lose, the loss is minimal...but if they win, it's a MASSIVE bump because it then calculates the RP as if the whole team was the same rank as the lowest ranked player.
