Please help. No response from EA support.

Like the game a good amount. I play on PS5. Had an account here for 12 years.

Bought the game for my older son. It got put in as a child account. He's not a child. So I need the DOB changed. I have 2 cases open about this. I cannot find a live chat link.

I simply need his Xbox Series S EA ID DOB changed and upgraded to a normal EA ID. Cannot crossplay with him at all.

Sucks. Gives a "try again" error message when I try to add him.

Anyone know what to do?

    I’ve never dealt with this issue so I may be wrong, but try logging into your son’s account at myaccount.ea.com and changing his birthday there. 

  • If I'm not mistaken, users are unable to change their date of birth once entered and confirmed. Cutoff age should be ~13.

    Might have to wait for monday business hours before you receive a response from an EA Help Agent (I recommend not opening more tickets until those first two are resolved).
