Hi there, @BARZALL13
Unfortunately, we don't have those ports available.
@EA_AljoIs there a guide for network configuration to play online?
I can only find info on previous years forums about those info.
The examples that I found:
-Remove upnp
-Maybe activate dmz if it works for you
-Maybe activate QOS
-Change DNS
-Past years port forwards (which you say there is none for this year?)
-Wired internet with minimum cat6 cable
-(not network) Game mode in monitor or tv
Any other configurations that I missed that could help to have less latency and have better gameplay?

What issue are you experiencing?
Finding the right configuration is going to be different for most everyone since there are variables in your location that can cause effect the connection. If your router supports QoS, make sure it's enabled with your console prioritized. Also, UPnP should be enabled. There has been the rare instance where disabling it helped.
DMZ'ing your console opens all the ports so there is no need for port forwarding then. We just don't give out the specific ports any longer.
Also, a lot of the connection comes from the equipment you use in general. For example, the modem/router combo units tend to not be the best for online gaming. I also had a lot of trouble with them so getting my own modem and router that are specifically made for gaming made a huge difference. It would be good to do some internet searches on the model you have to see if there's some info on optimal settings for gaming.
- 2 years ago@EA_Aljo My main issue is playing online HUT (offline no problem at all). The ping that is indicated doesn't reflect the real latency that I feel. I have so many times that I have 20 ms ping indicated in the game but it felt like 80 ms ping. Other times, it really feels like 20 ms ping. That is all in the same night.
I have upgraded my router to Asus RT-AX82U. Activated DMZ, deactivated, activated QOS, deactivated. Changed to many DNS. Never got a constant real 20 ms ping feel.
Only the modem is still from the ISP.- EA_Aljo2 years ago

If you're seeing a 20 ms ping, that's what it is. Keep in mind that with HUT, it's possible you're used to having much higher overall players from NHL 23. When starting over with the new game, you're having players with far lower attributes. Especially, if you had a team full of 95+ items.
