Protect Puck state

I wanted to inquire about the preparedness of a player while in Puck Protect vs not. I noticed that it mentions that someone being unprepared for a collision is a person who is, as stated in the preparedness effect information of gameplay sliders, "passing, shooting, performing a deke, etc." My issue here is that from playing as much as I have, It would seem that I am getting hit off the puck more and harder when I am using protect puck vs not using it and gliding. I wanted to check here to see if protecting the puck (L3/LS + right or left on RS) is supposed to put you in a prepared state to face oncoming aggression from the defense.

    Hey, @hiperay

Protect puck doesn't make you immune to hits, but you shouldn't be affected as much by them. It's also dependent on the usual factors of abilities, attributes and fatigue. If you have some video showing the difference, feel free to post it so this can be reviewed better.
