Purchased helmet not in inventory

I purchased the green chrome helmet that was in the store yesterday (CHEL section) and I wasn't able to equip it and it never appeared in my helmets. One of my clubmates has the same thing. Anything we can do? I don't really care about the coin loss, I want the drip.
