Hi EA team, there will be PWHL draft and awards on June 10 - 11, really hope you’ve prepared something for the occasion, to show some love to women cards. Exemple Nathalie Spooner had her TOTS but no upgrade, even she has an hat trick / get the 20 goals in the season / win the gold with Canada team. She will win some awards, so please give her more than 1 ovr, she’s only at 92. Regards
Agreed, came here to post about PWHL and found your post. I wonder if there's a contractual thing where EA is limited to Women's International teams and can't do PWHL right now.
Nonetheless, and some might see this as cringey but I'll say it anyway: EA, thanks for the inclusion of Womens' hockey in this game. I've enjoyed the high-end cards in HUT (Hiirikoski's card has been hilariously awesome in 23 and 24) and me and my family appreciate being able to make female characters in WoC. Even to the small extent you get to "know" people like Hiirikoski and Nylén Persson and Spooner and Coyne Schofield from the game, it still raised our interest in the Women's IIHF and PWHL to a degree that I don't think we would have otherwise, and it turned out it was all awesome!
A lot of people crap on this game 24/7 but I enjoyed NHL 24 a lot. With the PWHL breaking attendance and viewership records, I hope you'll be able to incorporate and acknowledge that league into NHL 25 even more fully than you've been able to do for the Women's International teams thus far.
