Community ManagerActually, Leetch is working in our testing. So, it's very strange not all shots are registering for you. Unfortunately, since we can't reproduce this, we can't fix it. There are a couple of things you can try that I'm not optimistic about.
Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 24. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 24 and delete the saved data.
Also, you can always try power cycling your equipment. Unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
It is working better now, it's not 100%, more like 70% but I am concentrating solely on the objejectives now that Season 38 of Squad Battles has ended. I've also managed to buy a base NYR winger to help me so with a bit of luck I should have them all completed in the next day or so.
I'm on PS4 BTW, don't know if that would have anything to do with it but I've forgotten to mention it in previous messages.
