Like there’s a chance EA will fix the problem. Stop the charade. The career mode was never tested properly and the dedicated consumer got screwed by your greedy corporation. Screen shots…YouTube videos like you actually care. Spent 14 seasons trying to get to a point to achieve the wheels ability that requires you to win all 4 divisions just to get screwed by an auto 6 year resigning at age 31 (that you can get around) before I could sign with a 4th divisional team to achieve the wheels ability that I could’ve achieved if the talk to the GM option was available at any point during my wasted 14 seasons of play.

5 year contract Atlantic division (auto resign on 1st day of Re-sign phase that you can’t get around in NHL24)
last year (NHL23) when you could access the talk to the GM icon the wheels ability would disappear when you won the 4th division. So great job fixing the bug.
