There's only 2 of you playing, right? Are either of you on a wireless connection? Also, if you play without your friend, like in a drop-in game, Online Versus or HUT, do you still have this issue?

Both hardwired in and I only play club really he plays drop ins and hasn’t mentioned it dashboarding him

It's possible then that there could be an issue with your connection if he never disconnects without you. At the moment, the best suggestion I can make is that we go through some connection troubleshooting. 

You may want to try alternate DNS settings. From the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

Also, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

Now we have a third teammate and it’s happening to him too. So this is three people getting dashed. From 2 different states. With all different internet.  This literally started after the last gameplay update. I’ve check all the internet things they are fine. I don’t know what else to say. 

Not to mention that all these games count as a loss so it’s getting really annoying

When there are 3 of you, is it happening for you all at the same time? Also, can you all play individually at the same time? If so, it's possible the issue is with your arena. You could try changing up the customization for it to see if that helps.

Can happen to one of us or all of us. And we haven’t changed a thing to our team for a long time I doubt it’scustomization settings

I understand you haven't changed anything, but the game has changed so it's possible something that wasn't a problem before, now is. That is why I keep telling you to change everything up. I'm not seeing other reports of this. If it were widespread, we'd be hearing about it a lot more. So, I think it's something unique with your club. Another way to test this is to have someone create a new club and see if the same thing happens.

Brought everything back to original in the club and had a friend create a new one. Crashed every other game. Also why does this game consider it a loss when your game crashes. I’ll never reach diamond or platinum level this season if it keeps happening

Thanks for trying. At this point, I'm out of ideas. I'm not seeing other reports of this so I really don't know what's going on with your club. If you only crash when all of you are together, there's an issue with the club itself. It could be having Captains/Alternates assigned, possibly an arena choice, maybe gear related, maybe it has to do with someone's player name. Can you all play drop-ins without crashing?

Absolutely nothing you suggested worked. Lmao. And our club has like 15 more losses because of it. Not even gonna bother to mention bugs anymore. Just wish they didn’t count as a loss until the puck was dropped like the old days.

Are you able to play drop-in games without crashing?

We figured out the problem for you guys. The game only ever crashes on home games. We had pro arena 3 before the update and have since switched to a different one that we unlocked and haven’t crashed since then! So the update broke pro arena 3

I'm glad that took care of it. I had mentioned it might be the arena previously. Most likely there's a combination of customizations with that arena that is causing the issue. Should anything else come up, please reach out again. Good luck and have fun!
