Registration is closed, but if you registered on time and haven't received a code, it's possible yours will come with that wave. We're also directing people to support, but as mentioned previously, there isn't a help topic to select for that. We're working on this currently.

Edit: Looks like I may have misread your message. If you're asking when the playtest ends, that would be 11:59 PM PST on August 27th.

  • @EA_Aljo I don't know it you guys can actually do that but would you be able to confirm if I registered for the playtest properly? In other words, I'd like to know if I'm on the list at all. I signed up last week but nothing is showing on my playtest page. I know there's another wave of codes coming but I just don't wanna get my hopes up for nothing. Thank you!

    @EA_Aljo  I still have not received a code. I have been a part of past play test and have over 800 hours on NHL23...

    Another wave of codes is going on on Wednesday. It's possible yours will be a part of that.

    Not true. I signed up twice before the deadline and the said they haven't record of it. There is an obvious issue with the damn sign-up. I'm pissed.
