My menus even on PS5 seem to be a bit slow and laggy when navigating. I had a serious issue last night in dealing with selling a Draisitle Heritage Classic card, in which EA help told me this scenario was subject to compensation but that they weren’t allowed to and I must do it in forums so that you guys community managers can solve. I was selling this Leon card for 126,852 (very accurate reflecting price of him) and I ended up selling for 26,852 (extremely unfortunate for a free to play player who has grinded pervious years and been loyal to NHL since 2004. The game was slow and laggy while I was navigating the price up and down and it glitched out showed the price I typed and must’ve deleted the 1 before the number before I hit post and he was posted and sold for obvious reasons in less than 5 seconds. I’d like to be compensated with either the coins or the card in my inbox for this laggy slow mess up of the menus and game cause this is EXTREMELY unfortunate. 

This was 88 Leon Draisitle to be clear. You can easily see under recently sold cards in my account that this situation happened last night around 1:30am ish

This is not something we can help with. We're not aware of any issues that would cause this to happen, but will keep an eye out for other reports.
