It's one thing to be aware of it, another to ignore it, but is EA going to do anything about it?

When we announce a new game, we normally include the supported platforms.

I'm semi-retired and I still work with business development in technology so I have some grasp on costs versus return on investment.
I'm a sports gamer when i have free time and I subscribed to Xbox game pass ultimate cloud gaming so I could play MLB the Show on my pc.
Two things:
1) MLB thought it was worth putting on xbox cloud gaming.
2) Wouldn't the business stratgey of what MLB is doing apply to EA and NHL Hockey?
It might actually peak some interest and maybe indirectly help generate sales......mmmmm...maybe not right away but in the long term. Maybe worth an EA internal discussion.
Food for thought perhaps. Might also be a good PR advertising move...

@jack805tdWhen does **EA** advertise this series? Where do you see EA NHL ads besides NHL broadcasts? The only ads I see in-game are for packs & battlepass

- @RatedxPGxEnigma Uh... all the time on PS5. I'm assuming it's the same on Xbox. You'll see trailers/announcements pop up in the media blocks underneath your cross-media bar. I've also seen advertisements for it on TV before watching NHL games.
Of course, the marketing budget for the NHL series isn't going to be as high as EA's actual money-makers. - @EA_Aljo Just IMAGINE if we could mod the game and creates some sick templates for goalie helmets, just like in F1 games.

Why if all nhl player whant dg connected back ea not bringing back and also can u explain why the cpu player in chel world arw always stupid and look like pee wee player if ea say the have worked on the AI in gqme

Both EA games that I'm interested in are not on PC lol. NHL and College Football. It's mine boggling college football isn't because madden has been forever now.
I still play NHL 2007 on my PSP. It's great. I don't know why PC is being left out?
@kezz123 Absolutely, I was a yearly NHL buyer from 1999-2018. Then I decided not to buy the new console generation and was tired of paying for Xbox live for one game only. I will not spend another cent on any EA product until NHL is on PC. I've vowed this and delivered on it since 2018. Every year I come back looking and hoping that it will be the year I can enjoy virtual hockey again, sadly I think I'll have to keep waiting.
Just have to keep playing Super Blood Hockey.

I doubt PC will happen for quite a while, if it ever does Tbh, it will not happen in at least 5-10 more years. They even answered this post in march and said that they are aware that people want it.
And STILL its not happening, its so sad to see. Specially since NHL was my favourite game to play on console, but since i got PC 2020, i havent touched my xbox, im just sitting here year after year waiting to see if they actually will listen to PC players for once.i pray for a pc version, im still on nhl 2009 it was the last time you love pc gamer.
So now that it’s been announced that it once again isn’t on PC do you have any more information???? Will they come out and say “we’re never making it for PC because the player base is too small.”
Or are we gonna hear you say “We’ll have to see what platforms they announce.” Honestly I’m not even sure why you would comment this. We, the consumers, have been waiting and seeing every year. If you’re gonna patronize us with a comment like that don’t bother saying anything.
So again, we reiterate, is EA going to address the want for NHL on PC with either a yes or no? Because wait and see provides no information at all and is, which you someone claim otherwise, literally ignoring our questions.
- @LiterallyDorbo Sadly you will have to wait for the "We'll have to see what platforms they announce." They know there are people out there that would love the game on PC. Hell I myself am dying for the game to come to PC also. I would like to have some hope that with the PS4 and Xbox One no longer getting made that we could see it in the future.
But sadly each year we shall have to play the waiting game to find out. - EA_Aljo
Hello, everyone. Right now, we’re focused on Gen 5. PS5 and Xbox Series X |S and there aren’t any current plans to bring EA SPORTS NHL to Switch or PC.
In other words. Different year, same story.
Next year there will be more posts asking for NHL 26 on PC to which you or somebody else will respond saying we have to wait for the game announcement. Which once again it won't be on PC and you'll give us the exact same excuse that you're focusing on ps5 and Xbox and maybe next year.
It's been the same story now for 10 years or more.
Requesting PC version of NHL.
A return of this would bring back big money.
Just do it.
