Re: Roster update when?

They usually release a roster update a week after the NHL season starts.
In order to add new players they have to appear in a regular season NHL game, so players like Cooley and Fantilli won’t be added until after they play their first game.
Keep in mind they have a terrible agreement with AHL players and you will probably see some players disappear until mid November or whenever they sign the required waiver.

An EA roster update with new players is worthless without the headshot pics. The community is doing a better job with own created players cause they using mostly generic faces which look much closer than this from EA. My suggestion, if EA has no space to do it, than let the community upload pictures. Its possible to use the real player data from copyright, so it should also be possible to use player photos for private use.
