If this is the code I'm thinking of, you'll need to temporarily disable 2FA and relink your account with your console.

• Close the game
• Go to ea.com and choose to Sign In. 
• Choose your console's login option.
• Follow the instructions and link your console and EA accounts if prompted. 
• Start the game back up.
