Rule Set for Extraliga Season

Hi! Could you please finaly update rule set for Czech Extraliga Ledního Hokeje? Now it has same rules as NHL in real life - 5 min fighting penalty and no misconduct. This rules are in Extraliga for few years and czech players wants to play realistic season. Setting NHL rule set on start of the season doesn't work.
