Community ManagerSince I'm not seeing other reports of this, let's try some basic troubleshooting. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
Edit: I ran this by the team. We're not getting other reports of this so it appears to be an ISP issue as the for some reason, the western servers are generating a better ping for you than the servers that are closer to your location. It would be best to reach out to your ISP for help with this.
Look at response number 3 - he did all of that .LOL . The basic power cycle your equipment stuff is not going to work here. You have someone that works in the field with geo tracking equipment that wants and deserves real answers. What he says makes sense about winning at certain times and then going on 6- 12 games losing streaks playing the same way. Something just didn't seem right.
Have you guys ever read that UCLA study done on EOMM? You'd never believe what gaming studio provided them the data to do this study.....
On the other hand are we really going to credit the gaming studio that seemingly can't make a functioning hockey game every year with the ability to employ something so nefarious into some of their products?
