I can't acces to buy points (pucks) (There are no packs to display at this time)

Also i I want a buy a card on market always get an error and boot me out to the main menu

I already delete mac adress. disconnect the router i'm in wired connect direct to the modem

I press the button on front console to shutdown the Xbox after disconnect the power cord press 3 to 4 times the xbox poer button , reconnect the power cord

It's like that since a week I need help now.
