STORE ERROR there are no packs to display at this time.

Please help, I'm missing all the Black Friday pack deals. Everytime I go to purchase points for packs, a screen pops up amd says: STORE ERROR There are no packs to display at this time. ⚽ I've h...

Since those points can't be spent, please contact the retailer you purchased them from to see if a refund is possible.

    Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about this since points can't be spent in the store. The best I can advise is to talk to MS to see if there's anything they can do.
