Hello. I just purchased 13000 NHL24 points Sunday Jan 12 2025. I spend alot of money as you can see on my account throughout the years with NHL in xbox and come to find out the store is CLOSED to "transition to NHL25" Seriously?? Why are you guys still selling points for a store the "closed".
I will need a full refund ASAP as that's ridiculous on so many levels.

Since the purchase went through either Microsoft or Sony, you'll need to contact their support to see if a refund is possible.
