This one is a bug, but I agree on the instigator penalty. The constant fight attempts are annoying for sure. I don't mind it when you injure a player on a big hit though. I think it's pretty reasonable to expect a teammate to step up in this scenario.

Yeah and that's fine, and sometimes those guys would get the instigator too, but not every time. The ones that need the instigator are the "bugged" ones...just allow them to do it, but it comes with the 17 minutes of penalties too
