Thats new. Even though a lot of stuff always felt too fast for my taste.
When you add speed you loose control.
I prefer control.

Yea spasm on the ice should result in that.
This has been an issue for several years. Zero chance they fix it. It's always "we'll have a look" or "we're aware of the problem".
Same excuse every year.
You can even glitch your stick through the boards without losing control. That's also been an issue forever.
