Unjust ban, how can I contact EA?
Anyone know how to actually contact someone from EA? I got a ban earlier in the year for my EASHL player name, they told me afterward that my name had been changed to the default name and I could not change it anymore. Today I logged in and was met with a 6 day ban for some reason. Does anyone have a trick to get at least a chat open? I've been going in circles on their "help" page for half an hour now with no luck on finding the option to chat.

There is no one you can talk to about the ban. You're welcome to open a case with an advisor. They can tell you why the ban was received. They won't be able to overturn it though. If you'd like to contact an advisor for that information, don't choose the option for disputing a ban when opening a case since that will put it through to Terms of Service. ToS are not available to discuss bans. They investigate disputes and let you know the outcome. You can open a case here to get in touch with an advisor. They can also create the dispute for you.
