how do I pick 94 controls on NHL 24?
I don’t see an option please help me find it, I can’t stand playing the stick control. I’ve always hated it and the 94 option was the easiest for me to play since the 90’s
Please bring back NHL94 controls!! That is all. Thank you.
Just got NHL 24 today found out that there is no NHL94 controls why did you guys get rid of it alot of people are pissed off and im thinking of returning it
Please bring back 94 controls, the game is much more straight-forward to play with them and I feel wasted of my money.
There must be a way to update the game and bring back 94 controls. I wish I had known before buying the game. I buy a lot of EA games and this might just be the last.

So we've completely overhauled the control settings for some reason. I don't recall seeing a single person ask for this anywhere but ok. My gut tells me these changes occurred so we could make it easier for crying youtubers to do the michigan, but now weve nerfed the michigan into a slow motion mess because it was too easy to do and were stuck with two separate but equally crappy control settings and no nhl 94 controls which doesnt impact me but seems to be game ruining for a lot of your older and loyal fans.
I just cant help but to ask why? Why did we feel the need to do this? Im still using skill stick but everything feels clunky and delayed at times. Puck protect as a stick push sucks. Since Im guessing the ironically named "total control" is here to stay for the aforementioned reasons, how bout you actually give us control over what buttons do what? Why cant I map the controller how I want it to be mapped?
And just one more thing about making the michigan a one button press move. You have taken what was once an incredibly special play, and made it something that is spammed constantly by people who are too stupid to figure out what side of the net to do it from. Please let that sink in. Im a person that plays fifa and nba 2k here and there, I cannot do 95% of the moves in that game because they are too complicated, but guess what? That is entirely ok because I can still win and have fun without them. I shouldnt be able to pick up the game and be doing crazy moves in an instant. If I want to learn how to do something, then Im gonna have to take the time to learn and practice it, because thats how things work.

I could be wrong but I don't believe 94 controls are coming back this year
In order to evolve the game I think they need to leave certain things behind.
I definitely agree it would have been nice if they gave better warning, but those controls are 30 years old at this point and skill stick (which has already seen huge changes) is pushing 20.
94 started to cause issues with things like faceoffs as well so I think they just wanted to start fresh, in a sense
