I never got my weekly award pack. just completed today. What do I do? How do I get the reward? Thanks

Which weekly pack are you asking about? Rivals rewards came out yesterday. Squad Battles rewards were released today.
Likewise, I didn't get the Weekly Reward and the coin reward for the Daily Rewards Pack for the Weekly Objectives. I hit the button to get my rewards, and nothing happened, and nothing has updated to where I would get my coins from the Open Daily Rewards packs weekly objective, and the completion of all the Weekly Objectives (Premium Pack).
