What's wrong with Total Control, exactly?

My only issue with the hip checks now is it seems like even if you're already past the guy, it's almost like a magnet and pulls you in, hopefully the patch fixes that today. I can't tell you how many times I've been hip checked and said "How was that possible I was past him!"
@RelentlessJ69not to mention they can literally chase you down from behind while in hip check position, and hip check you while traveling in the same direction. All while holding one conveinent button.
