When playing NHL 24, I accidentally moved my goaltender partially out of the net. I don't know which controls caused it. Please explain.

I believe the button combo for manual goalie control is L1+X on PlayStation and LB + A on Xbox
Thanks. During a game I moved my goaltender (XBox), and I didn't know how I did it. I pushed the LB + A button while playing defense to poke check, but my goal tender didn't move until recently. Strange.😟
