The server chosen is the one with the best average ping for the players performing the search.

Thank you for the response. I thought we had to choose a specific server. So, we just have to leave the server setting as "any" for both teams ?

  You don't have to choose a specific server. If you choose Any, it'll take the average ping of everyone in the dressing room and pick the best server.
