Why are the Atlanta Thrashers logos, jerseys and NHL alumni teams still missing?

I have waited years to be able to do the custom team in order to put the Atlanta Thrashers back in the NHL. I know they are coming back for real. I am a former season ticket holder and a friend that ...

Probably not the NHL that owns the right, could be the old owners of the thrashers.

NHL holds the rights. The Gladiators ECHL team had a Thrashers night last season. They had to get permission from the league first to get access to the intellectual property rights to the Thrashers for that one game. The info is included in an ESPN article from 11/7/22.
