1 year agoOne way to help keep them in position is to make sure the human controlled players are staying in position. When anyone is out of position, it means the other players need to move around to cover the open ice. This means the AI players aren't always in the best position to make a play.
Of course, there are still times AI players are going to make mistakes. They are trying to replicate humans after all.

@EA_Aljo It's not even that it's the basic mistakes that happen constantly. They will always hold their stick out during 1 on 1s or 2 on 1s in threes which makes them get burned every time without a doubt. They constantly Skate the puck right infront of your own goalie which risks terrible turn overs. For some reason they're slower than 90% of the people I come across even though speed has been the most important stat for the past 6 years. Do they use the same logic for 6's as 3's? Because they are a bit better in 6's
