How many times do you need to be asked? Still enjoying the well deserved time off, while your game is not working for weeks now?

This is super unfortunate given the game has only been out for a year and a half. From a consumer protection standpoint, stuff like this should not be allowed.
I realize this post wont change the outcome, but I want to emphasize how this is essentially a ‘bait and switch’ EA has pulled for everyone who paid money to own this product.
